Everything Earned, Nothing Promised

Here is my first attempt at a photojournalistic story. Below you will find the final project for my JRN 310 class, a class that teaches the fundamentals of photojournalism and digital storytelling. The final assignment was to find something we cared about and make a story out of it. I chose to use photos I had taken from July - December 2022, focusing on the first half of the Michigan State Hockey season under their new coaching staff. 

This was a challenge but ultimately led me to something I am now very excited to pursue as a sports photographer: documenting the story behind the scoreboard.
